Stacy S. Hodge is the Head of US People Operations, where she oversees Shared Services, HR, and Payroll. With a career spanning more than 20 years, she has built a reputation for leading transformation, scaling shared services, and creating people-centric solutions that drive efficiency and elevate employee experience. Before her current role, Stacy served as Head of Shared Services at Wayfair, where she was instrumental in building out HR operations during a period of rapid growth. Prior to that, she held leadership roles including Director of Recruiting & HR at BroadPath Healthcare Solutions, Director of HR Solutions & Technology and HR Strategy & Planning with ADP, and Director of Talent Management Systems & Support at Ryder System. Throughout her career, Stacy has been passionate about simplifying complexity, building high-performing teams, and using technology and process design to make work better for people. She’s known for her approachable leadership style and her ability to bridge strategy with execution—helping organizations thrive during times of change. When she’s not leading operations, Stacy enjoys connecting with others in the HR and shared services community, mentoring future leaders, and bringing fresh ideas to the table on how to continuously evolve the way we work.

Frontline workers power our businesses—but are too often left behind by digital HR experiences. Static portals and desktop-first tools don't serve a nurse on a night shift, a warehouse associate on the floor, or a sanitation worker on the road. It's time to reimagine how HR Shared Services reaches people where they are—on mobile, in tools they use, with information they need.
