Jennifer has over 30 years of experience in various roles across payroll, finance and HR organizations. Jennifer is currently Senior Director of Global Payroll for Otis leading strategy, transformation and shared service operations. Jennifer's team provides payroll leadership, implementation of new technologies and end-to-end operations for payroll, tax and global mobility across the Global Otis organization. Prior to joining Otis, Jennifer had a similar role with United Technologies, and lead the development of the global shared service organization for payroll. Previously, Jennifer spent many years with ADP in roles of increasing responsibility, most notably in her final ADP role as Vice President of Technical Services.
