However, in the midst of Covid-19, he found that it was a challenge to engage transformation and leadershift in a more remote workforce. This session will discuss how process mining can map and optimize SAP processes to engage leaders into taking ownership of them by utilizing two kinds of KPIs to assess the opportunity to automate a process.
