Timo is a cognitive computing enthusiast who has started his career in IBM, working in the Watson IoT practice as well as for IBM’s Global Chief Data Office. In 2017 Timo joined DP DHL Finance Operations’ team as Cognitive Computing Expert to further accelerate the speed of innovation. Currently he is managing the implementation of the Natural Language Processing technology in customer & duty query handling as well as exploring Blockchain and Machine-Learning for potential short- to mid-term applications within Finance Operations.
