Gillian leads Global Colleague Services at Otis Worldwide with accountability for the delivery of HR and Payroll Services for 69,000 colleagues, serving customers in more than 200 territories. Major delivery centers include India, Colombia, China, Poland, and Malaysia. Gillian is an authentic, energetic, commercially astute, strategic leader, demonstrating a people focus & change engagement ethos. She has built and transformed global organizations, by leveraging her expert knowledge and inspiring teams, resulting in higher performance, colleague service, and revenue delivery. Possessing a professional curiosity; she is a respected initiator of projects that pioneer to drive results, ensuring creation of continuous improvements, thereby constantly engendering motivation in colleagues and suppliers in a common call to action. She has success in a diverse portfolio of roles within sectors such as HVAC, Engineering, Retail, Aerospace and Professional Services. Benefitting from a deep expertise in functional HR and Global Services; her extensive and diverse cultural experience provides insights of working with colleagues in a variety of social backgrounds, challenges faced in ‘startup’ and global environments, partnering at Board level and with multi-cultural leadership teams across remote geographies. Gillian is married with two children. Gillian loves to travel, learning about cultures, meeting people, and hearing about their fascinating journeys in life. Gillian holds an Executive MBA from Lancaster University and BA (hons) Degree in Geography from The University of Manchester, is FCIPD and Prince 2 qualified. She volunteers on the Shared Services Outsourcing Network (SSON) Global Advisory Board and is Secretary of Catherine’s Crusaders Cancer Research Charity.
