He has put his last decade into transforming HR services towards into modern service-oriented with heavy focus on digitalization. Latest experience in carving a global payroll functional organization at Nokia. Cultural nuances in different geographies also plays a vital role, he has learnt this by managing Regional shared services centres for Europe, Middle East, Africa and Asia-pacific. Sudhir has over 20 years of HR experience in telecom, software, professional services, BPO and manufacturing industries. With a business management qualification in human resources and a master’s in applied psychology, he has been associated with Nokia, Bharti Airtel, and Willis Towers Watson etc.
