Facebook is growing – and that presents a challenge to its HR teeam, based in California, Dublin and Singapore. As Vijay Rao, who heads the organization's global HR services, explains, the main priority for the company has been getting things into an online (electronic) format – and maintaining data integrity, crucial for reporting purposes.
Part of the solution has been leveraging existing and new technologies to gain the flexibility the company needs. Another part of the solution is based around re-evaluating its sourcing partners and using outsourcing where this makes sense. Vijay also shares a tip on how to drive user-engagement.
