Stakeholder Engagement
One is tempted to believe that the role of project manager is to dictate to others what they are supposed to do and/or delegate the task to team members. Why do we need to worry about the stakeholders? If a project manager is the conductor of the symphony, the stakeholders are the people have vested interest in the outcome/product of the project. They can be the user of the product, the client for whom the project exists, the sponsor, the experts in different areas...
