Welcome to what is probably the largest survey yet into the cost of inefficient process across order-to-cash (OTC), and your participation is important. The survey will be completed by cross-industry process owners around the world and presented as an infographic to be shared with you. The survey is being conducted by The Shared Services and Outsourcing Network (SSON) and OmPrompt, the order-to-cash customer automation management experts.
The questions cover four areas: OTC process maturity, measurement, plans for improvement and a few questions about your role in the OTC process.
Responses will be aggregated and no information identifying you or your company will be published. We will use the email address you provide to send you the results infographic.
