A day in the life… Guy Nicholson

I am the General Manager for Shared Business Systems (SBS), within the Department of Primary Industries Victoria. It’s a reasonably small operation with an annual turnover of $10 million. We support five Government agencies, pay approximately 9,000 staff and put several hundred million dollars through payables every year.
