India's largest BPO firm Genpact on Monday posted a 33% increase in its net profit to $46 million in the quarter ended December 31, 2010, on the back of increased recovery in the US market and an improved macro environment, even though sales growth lagged overall industry's sales. Revenues for the company increased 12% to $1.26 billion for the year ending December, slower than the overall BPO industry's sales which grew 14% in last twelve months.
