There are a number of factors that will contribute to breaking the status quo and engaging with SMEs. Some of these include: value-based pricing; integrating technology with services to provide a holistic solution; use of cloud-based platforms; changing cultural mindsets, and so on. While these all play a role, I submit that the ability to reach and engage with prospective buyers from anywhere across the globe is every bit as important as how value is delivered.
