From Pilot to Platform: Benchmarking Enterprise AI Scale in Transformation Functions
The question is no longer whether to invest in AI – almost three-quarters of organisations already rate it as critical to their strategy – but how to scale what works in pilots to the whole enterprise. That gap is wide and growing: only 11 per cent of organisations use AI systematically to deliver transformational results, fewer than half have governance policies in place, and just 33 per cent see their AI initiatives as fully aligned with business goals.
Drawing on original data and practitioner insight, this report identifies what separates organisations that have industrialised AI from those still stuck piloting it, positions transformation leaders as best placed to close that gap.
