Senior Manager, AI and Data Commonwealth
Dr. Jingying Gao is a Senior Manager in AI & Data Science at CBA, where she leads the research, design, development, and deployment of Generative AI solutions into production. She earned her PhD from the AI & Robotics Lab at UNSW, specializing in multimodal reasoning and explainable AI. With extensive experience across both academia and industry, she has a strong background in AI research and development leadership. Dr. Gao is also passionate about AI education. She founded Everyone AI, a community through which she regularly runs weekend AI workshops for professionals, university students, and school students. To date, she has delivered more than 20 AI workshop sessions and taught AI to over 300 high school students. She is also co-authored a book: The AI Advantage - Thriving Within Civilization's Next Big Disruption.
