Cancellation and Substitution:

Participation in the training sessions are hereby agreed for the named attendee only.  There are no refunds for cancellation by attendees under any circumstances.  In the event that an attendee cancels attendance, it will remain liable for the full attendance fees, plus interest and collection fees as applicable.  In the event that the attendee is unable to attend the training, it may propose a substitute attendee upon written notice (including name, title and contact details of proposed substitute) to the Organizer no later than seven business days prior to the first training session date.  Acceptance of such proposed substitute is at the sole discretion of Organizer.

Alteration, Postponement or Cancellation of Exchange: 

The Organizer will strive to adhere to the advertised training program, but reserves the right to alter the package (i.e. date, features, etc.), if deemed necessary and in the best interest of the training.  In the event that the training is postponed, for any reason, including but not limited to force majeure, the attendee’s registration under this Agreement will be immediately transferred to the rescheduled dates.  In the event that the training is cancelled by the Organizer or the trainers, fully-paid and registered attendees will be entitled to a credit for future training by the organization running the training session, in the amount paid by attendee under this contract.  The above set forth the sole right of remedy available to attendee in the event of any alteration, postponement or cancellation of the scheduled training.  The Organizer is not responsible for any loss or damage as a result of an alteration, postponement or cancellation of any training session, and shall  assume no liability whatsoever in the  event this is due to a fortuitous event, Act of God, unforeseen occurrence or any other  event that renders performance of the training impracticable or impossible. For purposes of this clause, a fortuitous event shall include, but not be limited to: war, fire, labor strike, extreme weather or other emergency.

Miscellaneous:

The attendee agrees to hold the Organizer harmless for any injury or damages arising out of or relating to the training sessions.  The Organizer is not responsible for any costs, damages and/or expenses associated with the attendee’s participation in the training sessions. 

We may share your information with the sponsors and trainers of this event who may   wish to contact you in relation to special offers, products and services related to your role within your company.
