Anila’s mission is to build high-performance, human capital focused organizations through strategic alignment with a clear sense of purpose. She uses her experience and training to ensure learning and development initiatives align with the organization’s goals, mission and values. Under her leadership, Harris has won Glassdoor’s Best Places to Work in 2020 and Top CEO Award in 2019. Her team was also a finalist for The Seneca Award for Best Learning & Development Strategy at the 2019 Canadian HR Awards.
