Brian currently works in the HR Shared Services Organization at United Technologies Corporation. He serves as the Global Service Deliver Excellence Leader, providing process and technology alignment and best practice improvements among the growing organization. He also leads the Shared Services PMO.

Brian came to United Technologies from the Shared Services team at Quest Diagnostics. Before that, he was with the Change Management Practice at Willis Towers Watson.

Brian has a juris doctorate from the University of Georgia and a Bachelors degree in History from The Citadel. He is also a veteran of the US Army, where he served tours in Iraq and Afghanistan.
