Joe Calcaterra has been with Panasonic for 22 years, and he is currently Director of HR Operations and Service Delivery at Panasonic North America, where he oversees shared services related to the Employee Service Center, US Payroll, and Global HR Technologies (HRIS). 

He directs his energy towards reinventing the customer experience that his team is delivering.  His philosophy of driving employees to self-service adoption and automation, frees his team from administrative busy work and empowers them to provide a high level of customer service.  He is bringing to life the vision of shared services as proactive partners to businesses and customers, not reactive order takers.  Joe is exceptional at moving from ideation to implementation with confidence that better technology delivers better user experiences and better results.
