Active Projects & Priorities: The shared service model is set up under my leadership function. Analytics is a priority and looking at all our data and being able to make strategic decisions about our shared services. Compliance is a major project and secondarily, user experience. We implemented Service Now back in October to improve the experience which is a huge undertaking.

Active Projects & Priorities: Significant transformation including a $30M SAP project just for AP and AR. Next step is being able to scale and finalizing the foundational piece before moving forward, especially in AP and AR tools.

Active Projects & Priorities: Optimization to p2p, order to cash, end to end processes. Optimization in the front end is of interest as well. Anything that can help us predict future sales in a volume would be helpful. Also FP&A tools is of interest too.
