Margot Guy is the VP of Shared Services Center, Omni Hotels where she led the stand up of a new global shared services model with BPO partner and digitized finance and HR processes during the COVID-19 transition. Prior to Omni Hotels, Margot was the VP of Global Business Services at Discovery / Scripps Network where she led 100+ person team; oversaw Payroll, AP, Revenue and GL towers and standardized global processes. Prior to Discovery, she was the Director of Revenue Services for Marriott Business Services where she managed the Order to Cash Tower for Accenture/Marriott and significantly improved client satisfaction and employee/customer engagement by over 3x.
