President & Founder of Source One Communications, a BPO/Call Center with locations in six countries. SVP, Sales & Marketing of Minacs, a $280 million BPO with operations in Canada, the US and Europe. Chief Sales Officer with Dialog Marketing, a Contact Center outsourcer with operations in the US and Panama. Global experience includes developing/building operations in the US, Canada, The Philippines, South Africa, Australia, China, Costa Rica, Panama and the UK.
