What is the Format and Date of the Onsite Certification Course and What Will I Take Away?

The Professional GBS® module certification course takes place at Shared Services & Outsourcing Week's Pre-Conference day Monday, September 11, 2023 in Las Vegas, NV. Attendees will join a classroom-style training led by experts who developed and executed the world’s most successful GBS. The trainers bring real-world situational studies and interactive teaching styles. The full-day course from 9-5 includes breakfast, lunch and a post-training reception. Upon successful completion of the course, a Professional GBS® module certification is provided.
