Kristin Hooks is the Financial Aid Services Manager at the University System of Georgia (USG) Shared Services Center (SSC). In her role, she strategically leads a team that is responsible for the development and management of centralized financial aid services and is focused on the efficient, effective, and compliant administration of the USG’s federal, state, and private financial aid awards and programs. Kristin has been with the USG for over 18 years and has worked in various functional and technical roles. Kristin earned both her Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and her Master of Business Administration degree from Georgia College & State University (GCSU).
