Abby Zhao

Abby Zhao is the Center Lead of CBS Nanjing center since April, 2015.

Abby Zhao joined Cargill in April leading CBS Nanjing center. Before joining Cargill, Abby worked in various industries (Banking, IT, Consulting, FMG, BPO) in different roles (SSC ops lead, Regional Finance Director, BPO Client Operations Head).

Abby came from finance background and obtained her professional designation as CPA for both US and Canada. She also built the expertise in other domains such as Procurement, Logistics and BPO. She has 15+ years of shared services experience in transition, knowledge management, operations and service delivery, service management and continuous improvement; as well as in-house experience in corporate finance, procurement and logistics.
