Christina is Vice President and General Manager of McDonald’s APMEA (Guangzhou) Data Processing Co., Ltd. (APEMA Share Service Center), a position she has held since January, 2011. A true visionary in cultivating new possibilities in disruptive technology and a champion of change in applying cutting-edge thinking from multiple an d diverse disciplines; she is currently leading an organizational transformation for her center to change from a traditional captive SSC to a data management center leveraging advanced technologies such as RPA while underscoring her current team’s strength in BPR & change management. Christina joined McDonald’s in Jan 2011 as head of APMEA SSC. Prior to joining McDonald’s, Christina was a Service Delivery Lead for Accenture, where she was the head of a BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) service delivery center. Prior to Accenture, Christina had been working for GE & Genpact many years playing different leadership roles in Finance function and COE (Center of Excellence) team. Christina is a graduate of University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, Illinois (US). She holds a bachelor degree of Ohio State University (US). She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
