She is the currently the Country Human Resource Director for Medrisk International. As a speaker, Fabi is passionate in sharing her knowledge and experience in Human Resources, Mental Health, Leadership and Resiliency. She is a professor at the Asian Institute of Management facilitating courses for executive development. She has received several distinct recognitions and accolades such as Top 50 Global HR Tech award and Top 12 Most Influential HR Leaders in Asia, Asia Pacific’s Most Innovative Training and Development Leaders by the World HRD congress. Fabi studied Masters in Organization Development from De La Salle University and Bachelor of Science in Clinical Psychology from Saint Louis University .
