Praveen Tatia

Praveen Tatia is currently working as Vice President and Leading Business Transformation, Reporting and Analytics, Transitions and Product Line Management for Tenet Global Business Center and Conifer Health Solutions Philippines. He has an established track record in the field of Process Transformation and is also an eminent public speaker. Praveen has an overall experience of 23+ years’ in BPO environment and had previously worked at Accenture, Cognizant and Genpact, with a proven track record to turn around under-performing processes, & drive End to End Business Transformation and Innovation. He specializes in leading global and cross functional teams for enhancing client and customer experience, by deploying Lean Six Sigma projects, Robotics, Process Reengineering and through implementation of disruptive technologies like Artificial Intelligence, Advanced Analytics and Agile workforce to improve process effectiveness and efficiencies. He also has experience in mobilization and new account set up for contact centers (customer service, cross sales, technology service desk & support functions like HR, hiring and training). In his last role, Praveen was working as Business Transformation Leader for Finance and Accounting Tower, Accenture Philippines. He was managing 45+ clients ranging from Oil and Gas, Technology, Real Estate, Hotel, Retail and Confectionary industries. He was also responsible for driving and mentoring Lean Six Sigma Projects, Operational Maturity Framework and ensuring noise less “Zero Surprises” operations through regular operations assessments. Praveen is a certified Lean Six Sigma (LSS) practioner and trainer. He had delivered a cumulative business impact of > $1500 million & P&L Impact of > $ 350 million through 50+ high impact Business Transformation Projects (Black Belt and Green Belt Projects) and delivered productivity benefits worth 2000+ roles using Robotics, Artificial Intelligence and Process Optimization. In his spare time, he loves to conduct free sessions (upskilling and counselling) for students and young professionals. He is core supporter of charity work and leads entire corporate social responsibility initiative for Conifer and Tenet GBC.
