Bob is a Chartered Accountant with 10 years finance and business experience then 25 years in finance and procurement consulting. His consulting career consists firstly of consulting leadership, secondly sales and delivery of large-scale technology transformation with career SAP, Ariba, Oracle. Thirdly, he built procurement BPO businesses in Capgemini & Accenture, shaping, selling and delivering captive and BPO transformation for global clients. Before leaving IBM, he sponsored and helped to shape the IBM transformational BPO proposition Elevate. He has joined Basware to help with end to value realisation for our clients, to help to enable Partner First model with our global SI partners and to help drive business, especially partner led. Bob is a recognised expert on AI in source to pay and published a ChatGPT article in the May 2023 CPO Strategy magazine.
