Elisabeth Doppelhofer

Head of Shared Services Adecco Group UK & Ireland

Elisabeth (Lisi) originally joined the Adecco Group in 2007 as a Credit Controller after working as the Key Accounts Controller at Robert Half – which was her first foray into the recruitment industry, where she has remained until the current day. She has had an incredibly successful career, winning various awards including, but not limited to: Annual Superstars Awards (2011, 2013 and 2017, Adecco Group UK & Ireland), Team Leader (Large Teams) of the Year (2018, Women In Credit Awards) and Credit Professional of The Year (2020, Chartered Institute of Credit Management). She currently supports our business as our Head of Shared Services. Under her leadership, the team has flourished and achieved new records year-on-year. In 2020, the team won five awards at the prestigious Charted Institute of Credit Management (CICM) Awards for their performance. In 2022, they were awarded with 'CICM Excellence in Credit Management' for the third year in a row. This status is the Charted Institute of Credit Management’s highest accolade and what is even more incredible is that only five companies within the UK hold this prestigious status. Lisi is accountable for all Middle Office and Shared Services teams based in Adecco’s T3 office. Lisi is originally from Austria and moved over to Birmingham after graduating from Handelsakademie at the age of 19. In her personal life, Lisi enjoys spending time with friends and family, going on an annual holiday to southern Italy every year with her mother, taking her nieces and nephews on days out and travelling back to Austria regularly.
