John Ashworth Finance Transformation Director London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) John trained as an accountant and followed a traditional career path in Finance until initially taking on the role of Managing Director for Pearson plc’s 1,000 head multi-functional Shared Services Centre, Having found his true passion, John then took on Global Finance Transformation roles at Pearson plc, Smith & Nephew plc and BT where he is led, what was at the time, Europe’s largest S/4 Hana systems deployment. He is now Finance Transformation Director at LSEG where he is leading an Oracle Fusion enable transformation programme. John lives in the country North West of London with his wife, Sue, and two daughters, Rebecca and Clare, as well as an ancient Black Labrador named Beethoven.
