Strategy and Program Delivery Solutions Lead, Takeda Business Solutions (TBS) Takeda

Leigh is responsible for developing and deploying the Takeda Business Solutions (TBS) strategy, including driving and enabling future-focused thought leadership across the TBS organization. In addition, Leigh leads the development and delivery of the TBS program roadmap. Prior to joining Takeda, he was globally responsible for Transformation within the Philips GBS organization, joining Philips after 6 years leading the GBS Transition organization, and various other global transformation initiatives while at Heineken. Leigh started his career with PWC working internationally on large-scale transformation initiatives across multiple industries including Oil & Gas, FMCG, Consumer Packaging, and Financial Services.
