Lizzy Bowling has over 20 years of experience in various senior finance leadership positions in Shared Services and Finance Transformation. She currently works for Astellas, a Japan-based Top20 Pharma company, which seeks to improve the health of people around the world through provisioning of innovative and reliable pharmaceutical products. Lizzy is currently Head of Strategy and Service Management in the Astellas GBS organization and also owns Astellas’ partnership with BPO partners. She drives Service Excellence and Improvements within GBS, and also leads the Business Transformation team responsible for business readiness for Astellas’ implementation of S/4 HANA. Lizzy has extensive experience in business process outsourcing, including setting up and optimising shared services, as well as a wealth of experience in designing and implementing advanced technology.
