Global Head of P&O Operations Sandoz

Currently based in Munich, Germany but with experience working in different geographies, such as Mexico, US, Brazil and Czech Republic, Miguel is an Engineer in Electronic & Communications with a Master in Finance from the UANL-EGAII in Monterrey, Mexico. He had held different Global Leadership positions both in HR & Finance for different Multinationals, including PepsiCo, HP & Novartis. Miguel has different certifications, such as PMP, Six Sigma Black-Belt, ITIL, CPP & Toastmaster and dedicates part of his time as Storyteller for Employees engagement, Coaching & Mentoring new talents and promoting the Latino culture. He is a recognized ambassador of the DE&I and mindfulness Inner work in Novartis and the extended corporative world. Miguel is married, and during his free time, he enjoys traveling with his wife Elizabeth and son Sebastian.
