Tony is the global leader for IBM’s Business Process Operations services and works with clients in reimagining and transforming their enterprise processes and operations to drive efficiency, effectiveness and experiences. Tony most enjoys engaging clients to understand their business priorities and harnessing the power across all of IBM in addressing clients, industry and market requirements. Tony brings his experiences and network from leading IBM services, solutions and sales teams in business units that span Consulting, Business Processes and Infrastructure Technology services and AI, Analytics, IOT and eCommerce software & solutions, in supporting his global clients and IBM teams. Tony started his career with IBM in New Jersey, USA, before starting a series of international assignments for 13 years across IBM’s emerging and growth markets in Shanghai, Tokyo, Monterrey (Mexico), Dubai and Singapore. Tony was the General Manager of IBM’s Business Process Operations teams for Growth Markets when based in Asia, where he worked with clients in Australia, Brazil, China, India, Indonesia, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, Mexico, Middle East & Africa, Philippines and Singapore. At every turn of Tony’s career, he has been responsible for delivering client value and leveraging IBM’s globally integrated enterprise model to drive client centric outcomes. His experience crosses the globe - he has been the Managing Director on CEMEX - a global cement industry client, headquartered in Monterrey, Mexico, and operations in over 50 countries. He has a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering degrees from New Jersey Institute of Technology (USA). Tony and his wife have been back in the USA since 2018, when he took on his current role as the global leader for IBM’s Business Process Operations team.
