GBS Advisory Leader Genpact

Andrew leads Genpact’s GBS Advisory Practice and brings over 25 years’ consulting and corporate experience covering the design, build, operation and transformation of finance and corporate functions. His career spans both private and public sectors, and includes delivery of organization restructuring, ERP delivery, management information solutions and cost reduction initiatives. Andrew’s experience involves leading full lifecycle transformation programs driven by process, technology and Global Business Services – through which he has worked extensively with clients at the programme strategy level, as well as in “hands-on” detailed design, implementation and operation. Andrew holds a degree in Management Sciences from Warwick Business School, and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.
