The SSON Impact Awards ceremony and celebrations head to Palacio Estoril Hotel

We're taking the SSON Impact Awards to the prestigious Palacio Estoril Hotel. Located just a few minutes from the SSOW 2020 venue, the fabulous five-star Palacio Estoril Hotel is steeped in history. Original built in the 1930's the hotel became a second home to royal families and has featured in a James Bond movie.

We'll enjoy the glorious sun of Portugal, poolside, on the great lawn of Palacio Estoril Hotel, where we will host our prestigious awards ceremony and enjoy drinks and canapes. Certainly a night you won't want to miss. Don't worry, if the weather isn't great we'll head indoors...

The 2020 Awards categories available to take home are:
Business Transformation Impact Award
This award category is focused on the strategy, improvement methodology, benefits, and hard improvements that have been made by a shared services organisation.
Customer Centricity Impact Award
This award category is focused on the strategy, methodology, benefits, and hard improvements a shared services organisation has made to improve the focus on the customer.
Process Improvement & Value Creation Impact Award
This award category is focused on the strategy, improvement methodology and benefits/hard improvements in process improvement and value creation that have been made by a shared services organisation.
Creative Talent Management Impact Award
This award category is focused on the strategy, skill sets, improvement methodology, the rise of digital talent, benefits, and hard improvements that a shared services organisation have made to talent management. 
Change Management Impact Award
This award category is focused on the strategy, improvement methodology, employee engagement techniques, benefits, and hard improvements that a shared services organisation have made to navigate through change.
Automation Impact Award
This award category is focused on the strategic automation methodology that is being used, benefits, and hard improvements that the automation has brought to a shared services organisation.

All applications must be submitted via the online awards platform. The platform provides a secure site for you to submit your application whilst providing you with the information you need to make the most out of your entry. The new platform also gives you the freedom to save your application for later and make amends after you have submitted.

The awards application process consists of answering 8 questions/statements about your transformation project and some initial information about your organisation. There is an option to upload supporting media and each question does have a word count limit.
