In his role leading the global Change Management, Communications & Training organization in Johnson & Johnson his team supports large enterprise transformations with a strong focus on the Global Services organization. Johnson & Johnson started its Global Services journey about 10 years ago and Bas has been contributing to the evolution from the beginning. Initially as Change Management Leader for EMEA preparing and leading the change and now in his role leading the capability to mature Global Services. His extensive experience in Human Resources, consultancy and GBS contributes to the impact he and the team makes combined with his experience in M&A, integrations, OD, leadership development and business.
