Caroline is the Head of Consulting Europe, and Global Managing Partner for Strategy & Transformation at Wipro Consulting, where she leads business transformation initiatives with a focus on AI and next-generation operating models. Previously, Caroline held senior leadership roles at EY and FTI Consulting, specializing in strategy, innovation, and digital transformation across diverse industries. She is recognized for pioneering initiatives such as the EY Convergence Lab© and the Resilience Barometer™, providing CxOs with actionable insights on future risks and disruption. Caroline is a strong advocate for ethical AI and #TechForGood, and is active in promoting responsible innovation. She has contributed to global forums including the World Economic Forum and the United Nations Human Rights Council. She holds an MBA from ISC Paris and Westminster Business School, a Master's in Philosophy & Ethics from La Sorbonne, and has completed executive education at MIT in Artificial Intelligence Business Strategy.
