With 20 years of experience across KPMG UK and KPMG Australia, Marie specializes in designing and delivering Global Business Services, Operating Models, Business Process Outsourcing, and digital transformation projects in ANZ, UK, Europe, US, and Asia. Marie is also leading KPMG's thinking on the topic of Agentic GBS and Agentic Corporate Services, and is a thought leader impact of AI on GBS and BPOs. Marie has spearheaded the design and setup of Global Capability Centres and outsourced arrangements across AsiaPac, China, India, Europe, USA, and ANZ. Marie has deep experience across Banking, Insurance, FMCG, Telco, and ENR sectors.
