Norbert Eitner is a Budapest-based shared services and finance transformation leader with more than fifteen years of experience across Europe and North America. He has led the expansion of XR Global’s Budapest Hub and previously held senior roles at FrieslandCampina and Celanese SSCs. He also brings consulting and interim management experience, advising multinational and regulated clients on operating-model redesign, major transitions, and process improvement. Norbert works at the intersection of detailed process understanding and practical leadership. His combined in-house and advisory background shapes his perspective on how SME service organizations can scale effectively while staying flexible and closely aligned to business needs.
