As Head of HR Services Europe at Signify, he leads an organization of a central hub and country spokes supporting 8000 employees across EMEA. Piotr has driven behavioral changes within enabling functions and across the enterprise, reinforcing a performance culture and growing continuous improvement maturity while developing engaged talents. Piotr has contributed to significant efficiency increases and savings while leveraging on operational excellence, applying Lean, Six Sigma and Agile methodologies. He is an engaging speaker throughout industry forums. His contributions were recognized by the Dean of Technical University, Management Faculty, within an Advisory Board.
