Priyambhu Arya is the CEO of ArcelorMittal Business Center Of Excellence (BCOE) since 2019. BCOE is a Global Business Services company that serves ArcelorMittal units worldwide, its Joint venture companies and its affiliates in the area of Finance and Accounting, Procurement, IT, CMO operations, HR, Taxes, Robotic Process Automation, Analytics and consulting services. BCOE HQ is in Poland but it also has sizeable presence in India and client locations in Europe. With Priyambhu’s entrepreneurial mindset, his commitment to excellence and his rich experience in the manufacturing business, he has successfully turnaround BCOE from a classic ‘cost based’ shared services organization to a best-in-class, profitable and rapidly growing business unit at ArcelorMittal. Priyambhu brings over 18 years of diverse business experience in sales and marketing, supply chain, finance and procurement area. At ArcelorMittal, he has held several management positions in Europe and has played a pivotal role in numerous strategic initiatives including business transformation, turnaround of business units, M&A, designing and implementing growth strategies. Priyambhu is a Mechanical Engineer from Delhi Technological University and holds MBA degree from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad (IIMA) which is the leading business school of India. He is also an executive education alumnus of London Business School. Priyambhu is a Polish citizen who loves European culture and traditions. He likes to spend his free time with family and friends as well as travelling to new places.
