Brandon DeWitt

Senior Director, Head of Workplace Strategy & Integration Genentech

Brandon DeWitt leads Workplace Strategy and Integration at Genentech, a world-leading biotech and a member of the Roche Group. He and his team partners with clients to enable business outcomes and key work practices by creating and executing work environment strategies that leverage spaces, technologies and behaviors. Prior to joining Genentech, he worked for over seven years in Beijing leading the China workplace strategy team at CBRE, as senior strategist at AECOM Strategy Plus and as a designer and workplace strategist at Gensler. Before China, Brandon began his career in Chicago at Steelcase and Gensler. His clients have included Microsoft, Shell, Roche, Johnson & Johnson, Heidrick & Struggles, Whole Foods Market, Merck, MSD, Sanofi and Nike. Brandon is a LEED AP, an NCIDQ certified interior designer.
