Downtown Development Specialist Town of Manchester

Dan Pesce serves as the Downtown Development specialist for the Town of Manchester, CT. Prior to his current position, he served as the director of the Waterbury Development Corporation. Dan graduated from the University of Connecticut with a BA in Urban and Community Studies. He was awarded the Bastow and Binnie award for excellence in Urban Studies in 2016. Dan is passionate about urban revitalization and helping others to do the same in their communities.
