Over the past 10 years, she's guided Etsy through continuous transformation — expansions across 7+ offices, post-Covid office consolidation, two acquired brands, and most recently, relocating one of them under an aggressive timeline during a change in corporate ownership. Etsy's current portfolio includes its Brooklyn HQ, Dublin, and Mexico City. Previously, Jenn led major shifts in how, where, and when Etsy's global workforce came together to connect and collaborate. She brings a background in industrial design and coaching to iterating on projects and leading through change.
