Joanna Zak is a results-driven leader with over 15 years of experience in planning, operations, and project management. She began her career in the nonprofit sector, where she honed her skills in marketing, operations, and organizational development at Outward Bound, Teach For America, and OneGoal. During this time, she played a key role in establishing scalable office policies, HR functions, vendor management, and facilities operations. Joanna’s people management journey began at Sprout Social, where she currently serves as Senior Director of Workplace Experience. Over the course of her tenure, she has helped drive Sprout’s global expansion, navigate a successful transition to hybrid work, and develop an in-person strategy to foster connection and engagement across teams. She is proud of her ability to simplify complex challenges and lead teams through periods of uncertainty.
