Robin is a Senior Director, Corporate Communications, for Health Care Service Corporation, a Mutual Legal Reserve Company and Independent Licensee of the Blue Cross and Blue Shield Association. Robin is recognized for using agile methodologies to transform communication from transactional to strategic. In addition to leading the HCSC employee communications team, she oversees the communication listening program that gives senior leaders data and analytics demonstrating Corporate Communications’ influence on the bottom line. Robin was honored by Ragan Communications and PR Daily in 2023 and 2021 as one of the Top Women Leaders in the profession. She is a Fellow of the International Association of Business Communicators (IABC), the association’s highest honor. She has also been honored as IABC Southern Region and IABC Dallas’ Communicator of the Year. Robin is a past IABC global chair. She is certified as a Strategic Communication Management Professional, a graduate of The University of Texas at Austin and a Leadership Texas alumna. Robin is based in Dallas.
