If I could do it all again, 10 years later... I would be more focused on reporting metrics that were more meaningful to the business we were supporting. In the early days and weeks of establishing our new ways of delivering HR services we were just delighted all our new operations and processes were working.Our focus was on how many things we had done and how quickly we had done them. We should have focused far more on what the impact of our activity was on the business it was designed to serve....
