India’s Top 20 BPO Export Firms export over $7.1 billion but what about quality?

According to recent research by Dataquest, from April 2010 to March 2011 the Top 20 BPO exporters in India grew 25% illustrating the significant growth in the market. This compares to the negative growth of 8% in the same period in 09/10.
