Upskilling

Having completed SSON’s SSOPro course, Santosh Awasarkar of WNS makes some quick gains in Quality Management. I have already applied some of the principles from this outstanding program into my daily routine. I initiated a couple of Lean Six Sigma projects this year and became a LEAN 5S trainer at our location. In fact, I led my team to become one of the first to implement the LEAN 5S tools.
